The Redesigning and Redefining Work Summit (RRW) is an INVITATION ONLY summit at Stanford University to present new and innovative research and generate dialog among diverse perspectives to create a new platform for the design and definition of work for the twenty-first century.  The RRW Summit will bring together one hundred and fifty top academic researchers, corporate leaders, policy makers, and media representatives to set a research-based agenda for redesigning work.

As eBay Inc.’s Senior Vice President, Human Resources, Beth is responsible for all aspects of the company's human resources capabilities designed to drive performance of the business. These include HR strategy, recruiting, learning and development, compensation, benefits and the continuing evolution of the company's culture and its gender diversity initiative (WIN). Beth also sits on the board of the eBay Foundation, which oversees eBay’s philanthropic and social innovation endeavors. 

Prior to joining eBay in March 2005, Beth was Chief Talent Officer at WPP Group, one of the world's leading communications services groups, where she was also an executive director.  She was responsible for all aspects of HR worldwide. Before WPP, Beth spent nearly 12 years at McKinsey & Company where she was a principal serving clients’ strategy and organization needs.  Beth is also a co-author of The War for Talent.

Beth sits on the Advisory Board of Bulger Partners, a small private investment banking and financial advisory firm. She also serves on the Advisory Board of the Jay H. Baker Retailing Center, an interdisciplinary industry research center at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and YaleWomen, a community of Yale alumnae committed to advancing women’s voices and perspectives.

She holds a B.S.E. degree with a concentration in Finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a Master’s degree in Public and Private Management (MPPM) from the Yale School of Management.
